Chronic Itching from Eczema Study

“I Just Can’t Stop Scratching.”

If you’ve said this to yourself before, you might qualify for a clinical study for a new investigational oral medication for the itching associated with atopic dermatitis.

About the Study

Qualified participants will receive study-related care and study medication at no charge as well as receive reimbursement for time and participation.

Atopic dermatitis patients have difficulty with a variety of symptoms including itch and excessive scratching, lesions, scaring, infection, and sleep disruption.

Researchers in the United States are looking for up to 500 adults diagnosed with atopic dermatitis who:

  • Are adults between 18 to 70 years of age
  • Experience significant symptoms of atopic dermatitis such as itching or pruritis

The study duration is generally less than 3 months with a screening phase lasting approximately a couple of weeks and about 8 weeks of evaluation after being randomized to drug or placebo.

If you have chronic itching from eczema and are interested in participating in a clinical trial, please fill out the form below or call us at (423) 698-4584.
