Dr. Richard A. Krause, M.D. FACG

Dr. Krause has over 30 years of experience as a Board Certified Gastroenterologist and Internist. He graduated from Temple University Medical School in 1972. He spent three years at Emory University and Grady Hospital in Internal Medicine. One year at Yale University for a fellowship in Gastroenterology; and an additional year at University of Massachusetts for Gastroenterology. He started private practice in Chattanooga in 1977. He has been Chief of Medicine, and Chief of GI. And he has served on the Parkridge Medical Center Board. He has taught at the UT Family Practice Program. Dr. Krause has been in clinical research since 1987 and the Medical Director of ClinSearch since 1992.
Rebekah Corey, Doctor of Nursing Practice, APN,FNP-BC
Rebekah S. Corey is a board certified family nurse practitioner with over 14 years of clinical practice specializing in gastrointestinal disorders. She advanced her nurse practitioner degree with the doctor of nursing practice from the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga. She has owned her own private practice, Digestive Care and Management, LLC, since February 2010 and collaborates with many area gastroenterologists to provide comprehensive care for all patients. Dr. Corey established and continues to support Chattanooga’s only Hepatitis C support group and is a board member for the local area Crohn’s and Colitis Foundation (CCFA). She is a member of CANAP, Chattanooga Area Nurses in Advanced Practice, and has been a speaker for several pharmaceutical companies.
